These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Logic Ltd. ("seotools.free", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria and operating the platform available at www.seotools.free ("Platform" or "Website"), and any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform ("you", "your", or "User").

By accessing or using our Platform or any of its services, including but not limited to SEO analysis tools, website utilities, data processing tools, or related features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. 8.3 You may not:

  • reverse-engineer the Services

9. Termination

9.2 Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
